When you call or schedule an appointment let us know that you need the shuttle service and we will schedule a time slot that works for you. We have departing shuttles at 7:30 am, 8:30 am, and 9:30 am out-bound from the shop, as a set schedule in the mornings.

• If there are multiple riders and you are late for your time slot you will be left behind and have to wait for the next shuttle or make other arrangements.
• It's best to be 10 to 15 minutes early.
• We can be more flexible later in the morning and early afternoon for scheduled or unexpected rides.
• Riders with scheduled out-bound rides take priority for return rides later in the day.
• In general, riders with appointments for shuttle service take priority over unexpected riders.
• Shuttle Rides will not be offered after 4pm.
